PASTAshow is a window opening onto the Mediterranean food style, onto all those
ingredients, machines and men that are central to the art of pasta-making and
onto the exportation routes throughout the whole world, a path that influenced
the lives of millions of people in the centuries. The made-in-Italy stamp is
not limited to the huge artistic and cultural patrimony of our country, but
also by such names as spaghetti, fusilli and bucatini that reminds us of Italy
more than such legends as fashion and Ferrari.
PASTAshow is an event whose thread (pasta) represents the very node around which
are organised demonstrations, exhibitions, events, debates and shows alternating
with scientific and commercial meetings. We will follow the art of Italian pasta-making
in its evolution that has reached today new degrees of excellency through the
use of leading technologies and of the most innovative methods of industrial
production without however diminishing in anyway the quality of the product.
