Grottammare seafront
Grottammare, north seafront
Divided between the southern and northern seafronts, the Alcide De Gasperi seafront in Grottammare is one of the most evocative on the Adriatic coast. The southern seafront provides continuity with a short final stretch of the San Benedetto del Tronto seafront to the north of the port of San Benedetto; in the 2000s it underwent a restyling with the modernisation of the pedestrian area and the addition of a promenade with a cycle path.

It connects the southern coast to the northern one, it rejoins in the south with the cycle path of the city of San Benedetto del Tronto and in the north with the cycle path of Cupra Marittima, passing through the Tesino bridge, it connects with the completely modernised northern seafront in the section that leads to the Kursaal square in Grottammare, it offers large green spaces, wooden seats, a view overlooking the sea and excellent usability.
The entire seafront is characterised by various tree species including dozens of Citrus sinensis and particular palms, mainly of the species.
